Each provider wishing to join EnScene must submit:

A detailed description of their services

Relevant experience, particularly in senior residences or with elderly audiences

Presentation materials (photos, videos, references if available)

We assess the relevance of the proposed content as well as its suitability for senior living environments.


2. Approach and Adaptability

Beyond artistic talent, we pay particular attention to:

The ability to adapt to residents’ pace

The quality of communication

A professional and respectful attitude

An understanding of the specific characteristics of the environment (mobility, attention span, atmosphere)

The human experience is at the heart of our approach.


3. Supervision and Follow-Up

EnScene acts as a facilitator between the residence and the provider.

We ensure follow-up to confirm that the collaboration meets the expectations of both parties.

Our objective is to build a network of reliable providers aligned with the platform’s values.


4. Continuous Improvement

The platform is constantly evolving.

We adjust our criteria and support based on field feedback in order to maintain consistent service quality.
