Terms of Use

EnScene Platform

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the EnScene platform (www.enscene.live).

EnScene is a platform that connects senior residences with cultural entertainment service providers.

​

By accessing the platform, the user agrees to these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

EnScene acts exclusively as a connection facilitator.

 

The platform:

  • Allows residences to view service provider profiles

  • Allows service providers to offer their services

  • Facilitates the transmission of requests

  • Provides follow-up when necessary

EnScene :

  • Does not manage payments

  • Does not set pricing

  • Is not a party to the contract concluded between the residence and the service provider

 

The final terms of a service engagement are agreed upon directly between the parties.

3. Service Provider Registration

Service providers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

 

EnScene reserves the right to :

  • Accept or refuse a registration

  • Suspend or remove a profile

  • Modify or remove inappropriate content

 

The service provider remains responsible for the accuracy of the information published.

4. Responsibilities of Residences

Residences using the platform agree to :

  • Use the information obtained solely for professional purposes

  • Respect the terms agreed upon with service providers

  • Communicate in good faith

5. Responsibilities of Service Providers

Service providers agree to :

  • Deliver services consistent with the description provided

  • Honor agreed commitments

  • Maintain professional conduct

 

The service provider remains solely responsible for the quality of their services.

6. Limitation of Liability

EnScene cannot be held liable for :

  • The quality of a service

  • Any contractual dispute between a residence and a service provider

  • Any delay, cancellation, or modification of an activity

 

EnScene’s liability is limited to its role as a facilitator.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform content (texts, logo, design, structure) is the property of EnScene.

 

Service providers retain their rights to the materials they provide (photos, descriptions, etc.) but grant EnScene a license to use such materials for display purposes on the platform.

8. Protection of Personal Information

Use of the platform is subject to EnScene’s Privacy Policy.

9. Modification of Terms

EnScene may modify these Terms of Use at any time.

Modifications take effect upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec.
