In 2018, Mikhaëlle released her first mini-album Deslembrança, which was well received by both critics and the public.
She founded her group Mikha.elles in 2020, with whom she released a first full album in November 2023, called Camino de mujeres. This album received nominations at several awards, including ADISQ, Prix Opus, and Canadian Folk Music Awards.
